In my book, it is rare to find reliable and trustworthy contractors for home remodeling projects, and I am so glad I found Tino and his team at Ideal Resurfacing and Flooring. I hired them for a few reglazing projects that I had at home and received topnotch service and results. Tino was prompt and responsive from initial contact to the end and never overpromised. He was consistently transparent about progress and any potential issues, concerns, or limitations and made sure everyone was aligned on expectations. Even after the projects were completed, he would still respond quickly to questions I had regarding aftercare. He also treated my space with care and respect. He was meticulous about masking the parts of the room that should not be included in the reglazing so that they would not get impacted in any way and made sure to clean up or do any necessary touchup afterwards. More importantly, my kitchen countertop, bathroom floor tiles, shower tiles, and guest bathtub all got the fresh new look that I wanted for them -- and for a fraction of the cost to do replacements!
